Admission Procedure

At Dr. Mehta’s International Smart School (DMISS), we understand that choosing the right school is a crucial decision for every parent. That’s why our admission process is designed to be transparent, simple, and supportive, providing you with all the guidance and information you need to make a confident and informed choice.

We welcome applications from parents who share our commitment to academic excellence, holistic development, and values-based education.

Step 1: Enquiry & Campus Visit

Begin your journey by reaching out to our Admissions Office or by filling out an enquiry form on our official website. Our Admissions Counsellors are always available to:

Share detailed information about our CBSE curriculum, learning methodologies, and co-curricular activities

Assist with age eligibility and seat availability

Schedule a personal campus tour, allowing you to experience our learning environment, infrastructure, and culture

Step 2: Registration

Once you've decided to proceed, you may register your child through either online or offline mode.

Online Registration:
  • Visit our website: [Insert School Website Link]
  • Navigate to the “Admissions” section and click on Online Registration
  • Fill out the registration form with the required details
  • Upload necessary documents (listed below)
  • Submit the form. You will receive a confirmation, and our team will connect with you shortly
Offline Registration

Visit the school campus in person to collect and submit the printed Admission Form, along with the necessary documents. A non-refundable registration fee is applicable and will be informed at the time of form submission.

Admission Assessment / Interaction

To ensure we understand your child’s academic and emotional readiness, DMISS follows a developmentally appropriate assessment model:

Pre-KG to UKG
  • No formal written assessment
  • A casual interaction session with the child and parents
  • Focus: social behaviour, communication, and readiness for school
Grade I and Above
  • A simple written assessment in English and Mathematics
  • (Science is included from Grade III)
  • Followed by a short interaction to understand the child’s interests, abilities, and personality
  • Our goal is to make this process encouraging and welcoming, not stressful or intimidating.

Step 4: Submission of Required Documents

Once your child clears the assessment or interaction, you will be requested to submit the following document:

Mandatory Documents:
  • Completed and signed Admission Form
  • 5 recent passport-size photographs of the student
  • 2 passport-size photographs of each parent
  • Photocopy of the Birth Certificate
  • Transfer Certificate and latest Report Card (Grade I and above)
  • Aadhar Card / Valid ID Proof of the student and parents
  • Community Certificate (if applicable)
  • Medical Certificate / Vaccination Record (for KG students)

Step 5: Admission Confirmation

After document verification, the school will issue an Admission Confirmation Letter. You will then be guided through:

Fee Payment Instructions
  • A non-refundable registration fee is applicable at the time of form submission.
  • Fees can be paid online via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallets.
  • For offline payments, visit the school Accounts Office (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
  • Accepted offline modes: Card, Demand Draft, Cash.
  • All fee payments must be made on or before the due date.
  • Late payment may attract a fine.
  • Collect and retain the official receipt after payment.

Important Notes

  • Admissions are subject to seat availability
  • The age eligibility is strictly as per CBSE norms
  • Final admission is at the discretion of the school management
  • Incomplete applications or incorrect information may result in cancellation of admission
